1. Coupons are cash. Plain and simple. Coupons are an actual legitimate form of currency. Not using them is throwing money away. Who throws money away?

2. Not only are coupons cash, but sometimes they are worth more than their face value. This makes coupons even better than cash. Find a grocery store in your area that doubles and triples coupons. Watch your savings multiply. You wouldn’t see that happen with cash.

3. Coupons aren’t just for junk food. Yes, there are a LOT of coupons for junk food. There are also a lot of coupons for paper products, make up, beverages, frozen vegetables, etc. Pretty much the only products you cannot easily find coupons for are meat and fresh produce. Buy those on sale. I know your grocery bill is compromised of more than meat and fresh produce.

4. Coupons are everywhere. Print them online. Cut them out of the paper. Grab them from the entrance of the grocery store. You can even load coupons electronically onto store loyalty cards. It’s ridiculously easy to find coupons nowadays.

5. Coupons allow you to use brand name items. Now, I am not a generic snob. If the generic is cheaper, I always buy generic. With coupons, I don’t have to. Generally when I combine a coupon with a sale, the brand name item is cheaper. Using coupons, I am buying brands I have never been able to afford!

6. Using coupons strategically you can easily save 50-75% off your grocery bill every single week.

7. The biggest savings come when you hold onto your coupons. Find a way to organize your coupons. Wait to use them until you can combine them with a really great sale. This is how the pros shop.

8. Think about how many coupons go unclaimed? Thousands of dollars right back into the advertisers pockets! Stake your claim! They are giving you money!

9. The more money you save on your groceries by using coupons, the more you can give back. Find a great deal and buy extra. Donate it. Coupons help you do good deeds.

10. Finally, in this economy who can afford not to use coupons? Everyone is pinching pennies. Can you afford not to use free money?

Learn how to strategically combine your coupons with sales for the best bang for your buck. Don’t walk into a store blindly and act shocked when the total is higher than you expect. For me, I consider this a traditional sculpture and all my screws are at different depths,” he said. “There’s nothing planned out. I draw out a figure on the board and figure out the depths.

“The real challenge comes when the sculpture is done and I have to get rid of the flat drawing. It’s hard because of the screws — you can’t get a brush behind them. I did figure out a way to do it, but I’m keeping it a secret.”

You have to select the text horizontally in order to delete, underline, italicize etc. But many times you face a situation in which you have to select the text vertically. For example you might have to delete the first few words in every line in a list in order to delete it. You need to do that as you reformat a Word document. Many people think that it is not possible to select text vertically in Word 2007 document. It is very easy to select text vertically in Word 2007. You just need to do this trick in order to make the vertical selection:

        Point the mouse to the beginning of the text you want to select.

        Hold down the Alt key.

        Drag the mouse pointer downwards around the required area while still holding down the Alt key.

        The text will be selected vertically.

After you select text vertically in Word 2007, you can make it bold, underline, italicize, delete, cut or copy it. You can also paste it anywhere else in the document if you want.

This feature which allows you to select text vertically in Word 2007 is very useful while working with lists. I have deleted the first word from every item on the list by holding down the Alt key and selecting vertically. However, a vertical selection can be useful in any other sort of document as well.

To make homemade wax take two cups of sugar, one fourth cup of water and one fourth cup of lemon juice. Heat this mixture over a low flame and stir regularly until you get a thick brown liquid which is your wax. Once the wax has cooled down to a temperature that you are comfortable with you can apply in onto your skin and place a clean cloth or waxing strip over it.

Once it has cooled down completely pull the cloth or strip in the opposite direction of hair growth so that the hair is pulled from its roots. Make sure that you apply ice and astringent to the waxed area to tighten the pores.

Sugaring: Often the natural beauty treatments require the use of ingredients right from our kitchen. This hair removal method is the real example for this.

Mix a cup of sugar and the juice of a half lemon a quarter of cup honey, and there you go! You made the most organic and eco-friendly sugar paste ready to eliminate undesired hair with.

Similarly to waxing apply the warm (not hot) sugar to your legs or the critical spots. Then use the specific cloth, then remove the hair with a sudden move.

This method has endless benefits, besides the fact that unlike wax it won’t irritate or hurt your skin. The pain will be also less harsh, still the method will remove all the unwanted hair. It can be easily done at home with a DIY kit, without assuming any risk. The effect will last almost as long as with waxing.

Tweezing: Tweezing is another method for removing facial hair by using tweezers. It is a painstaking as well as time consuming job. Usually used for bushy eyebrows. Tweezing eventually stops your hair growth by the continuous pricking even though it may take lot of time.

Threading: Threading is a common hair removal method that can be used on any part of the body. The usual parts of the body where threading is used are upper lips, chin and eyebrows. But even other parts of the body where there is a patch of hair, threading is useful. Threading requires a lot of attention and detail and is great for people with sensitive skin. Pumice stones can also be used for removing hair from the body except facial hair.

Turmeric: Turmeric is a common spice used in Asian and Indian cooking. Turmeric is one of the spices used in curry dishes.
